What you'll do

• Lead the Traditional Trade business across India and deliver ambitious growth objectives
• Drive sales performance, distribution expansion, and market execution excellence
• Build and institutionalize robust sales systems, processes, and governance frameworks
• Lead, coach, and develop a large sales organization through a team of Regional Sales Managers
• Partner with leadership to drive sales transformation and capability-building initiatives
