National Service Manager - Service Operations

About the role

Strengthen and optimise the authorised service centre and partner network. We're looking for someone who has: 18 to 20 years of experience with significant leadership exposure in after-sales service management. Proven experience in managing large, geographically dispersed service networks. Expertise in service operations, warranty management, field failure analysis, and complaint management.

What you'll do

• Lead a nationwide service function with high strategic impact
• Drive customer experience, service profitability, and network excellence
• Develop and execute the national after-sales service strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage service policies, SOPs, budgets, manpower planning, and operational performance
• Drive customer complaint resolution, escalation management, and service turnaround times
