Net Suite – Lead Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Lead Consultant with over 8 years of overall IT experience, including significant hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP implementation, customization, and support. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end NetSuite engagements, work closely with business stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of ERP solutions aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions
• Provide functional and techno-functional expertise across NetSuite modules (Financials, O2C, P2P, CRM, Inventory, etc.)
• Drive solution architecture and best practices for NetSuite implementations
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, developers, and analysts
