NetSuite Project Manager

About the role

As a NetSuite Project Manager at Plative, you will support NetSuite ERP engagements and ad hoc projects, connecting customers with the right expertise to get more value from NetSuite. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role. You will provide clear leadership and accountability on high-profile projects.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building the relationship and keeping projects on schedule
• Manage stakeholder expectations, align resources, and resolve competing priorities across projects
• Run business and project reviews that walk customers through proposed solutions
• Report on budget, project status, risk, and escalations to customer and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate IT project teams so customer requirements translate cleanly into design specs, integrations, and data transfers
