Network TAC Expert

About the role

This role is to support follow the sun model operations for network B&R function.

What you'll do

• Provide Expert level technical support to operations team to handle & resolve complex Network and Service issues
• Manage Escalations through active engagement with customer facing entities, providing regular updates, participating in conference calls
• Participate & take a lead to resolve crisis situations
• Identify, manage and record escalation trends and Keep track of all P1/P2 incidents
• Take lead to drive global technical life cycle management projects. Prepare project report and share project progress status report with stake holders
