• As a Lead Managed Services Engineer II on the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for…
• Lead and develop a network team supporting client sites around the clock; establish clear ownership, escalation paths, coverage, and operational standards
• Build trusted client relationships by understanding client priorities, communicating proactively, setting clear expectations
• Own network lifecycle management from architecture and design through implementation working with project teams , Network operations, optimization, refresh
• Guide architecture decisions and translate client business and technical needs into secure, scalable, resilient network solutions

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Networking
• Routing and switching
• Network security
• Incident response
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Sc
