New Build Sales Manager - Industrials (Mining)

About the role

This role requires deep product understanding, strategic market engagement, and effective collaboration across internal functions to deliver high‑value solutions to clients Build and manage strong relationships with mining operators, EPCMs, and consultants Lead the full sales cycle; from inquiry to order closure, with disciplined qualification and forecasting.

What you'll do

• Build and manage strong relationships with mining operators, EPCMs, and consultants
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support sustained business growth
• Translate customer needs into clear, value‑driven technical and commercial solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and recommending appropriate offerings
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Business Solutions, Controls Systems, Services, and BU teams to ensure accurate, compliant proposals
