NOC Engineer

About the role

This role involves deeper analysis, applying fixes or workarounds, and ensuring service restoration within SLA. This role requires working a 24/7 rotational shift. Investigate and resolve incidents escalated by Level 1. Perform advanced diagnostics using logs, configurations, and scripts. Apply fixes or temporary workarounds to restore services.

• Collaborate with application, network, and infrastructure teams during major incidents
• Contribute to knowledge base and SOP improvements

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
