About the role

Provide technical training on propagation, plant health, nursery practices, and quality standards. Establish performance standards and monitor team productivity. Ensure operational efficiency and consistency across all nursery sites. Project Coordination & Strategic Contribution Collaborate closely with Farm Managers, Agronomists, Permaculture Specialists, and Project Teams.

What you'll do

Build, lead, and manage nursery teams across multiple locations
Recruit, train, and develop nursery staff
Provide technical training on propagation, plant health, nursery practices, and quality standards
Establish performance standards and monitor team productivity
Ensure operational efficiency and consistency across all nursery sites
