About the role

Administering medications, treatments and nursing interventions safely as prescribed. Maintaining compliance with infection prevention, patient safety and medication safety practices. Maintaining accurate, timely and complete nursing documentation and records. Providing health education, discharge instructions and support to patients and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Providing safe, compassionate and patient-centred nursing care to patients
• Conducting patient assessment, monitoring clinical condition and promptly escalating any deterioration
• Administering medications, treatments and nursing interventions safely as prescribed
• Maintaining compliance with infection prevention, patient safety and medication safety practices
• Maintaining accurate, timely and complete nursing documentation and records
