What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all nursing operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and medical governance
• Serve as a primary mentor and administrator for the nursing department, overseeing Assistant and Deputy Nursing Superintendents
• Develop and enforce standardized clinical protocols to maintain high standards of patient care and safety across all departments
• Manage multidisciplinary collaboration between nursing, medical staff, and facility administration to streamline clinical workflows
• Monitor and evaluate nursing performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality

What you need

• 10–20 yrs of experience
• Patient care
• Any graduate
