About the role
The Contract Administrator shall be part of the O&M team and shall collaborate with the Contract Manager to manage the contracts.
What you'll do
- Issue purchase orders as per project requirements in the SAP system and update the SAP system to allow monitoring of the progress of activities and costs of the supplies
- Keep the contract management documents updated on the Project DMS (Database Management System) in a timely manner as per the procedures
- Issue a payments report for internal use and to control contract status
What you need
- 4–8 yrs of experience
