About the role

We are seeking an experienced O&M Head to lead the operations and maintenance function for multiple solar and wind power plants across South India. Based out of our Hyderabad headquarters, the role will oversee plant performance, regional O&M teams, contractors, safety, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

What you'll do

  • Plant Operations & Performance
  • Monitor generation, availability, and key performance indicators across all operating plants
  • Drive improvements in plant efficiency, CUF, and equipment reliability
  • Review daily operational reports and ensure timely resolution of performance issues
  • Ensure plants consistently meet contractual obligations and generation targets
