About the role

Propose monthly targets for the branch and set targets for individual staffs Cross verify the SHG meetings, and the processes followed as per AFPL policies.

What you'll do

• Implement and monitor new products and service outreach and awareness in the area to meet the established targets
• Monitor and review effective functioning and administration at all branches on a monthly basis
• Monitor achievement for all the targets for the area for existing and new products including growth, member retention and branch overhead expenses
• Prepare monthly branch performance reports on time and submit to the Head office
• Monitor and meet audit compliance requirements across all the branches
