About the role

We are seeking a creative, structured, and impact-driven Content Developer – Learning & Development who will design meaningful learning experiences and also stay closely connected to ground realities by delivering programs and assessing their effectiveness. This role goes beyond content creation — it requires someone who understands business needs, conducts training need identification (TNI), measures impact, and continuously refines learning solutions.

What you'll do

• Design structured learning journeys aligned with organizational vision and business goals
• Develop end-to-end training modules using instructional design frameworks (ADDIE/SAM)
• Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, PPT decks, case studies, simulations, job aids, and assessments
• Develop blended learning solutions (ILT, VILT, e-learning, microlearning)
• Deliver training programs at least twice every month to validate content relevance and effectiveness
