About the role

The CSR Associate supports the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, NGOs, government bodies, and beneficiaries to ensure successful execution of CSR projects in alignment with the company's CSR strategy, applicable regulations, and sustainability objectives.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with implementation partners, government agencies, and community stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Assist in planning and executing CSR programs across focus areas such as education, healthcare, environment, livelihood, and community development
• Monitor project progress, collect field data, and ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Maintain project documentation, beneficiary records, utilization certificates, and other compliance-related documents
• Prepare project reports, presentations, impact assessments, and MIS for management and statutory reporting
