About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and business applications
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and endpoint systems
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email configurations, and system security in accordance with company policies
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents within defined service levels while maintaining accurate documentation

What you need

• 1–5 yrs of experience
• Office 365
• Active Directory
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA

Good to have

• ITIL
