About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Compliance Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support and maintain the organization’s IT compliance framework. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards while assisting in audits, risk assessments, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT compliance programs, policies, and procedures
• Support internal and external audits (e.g., Internal Audit, Stat. Audit, IS Audit, or other applicable standards)
• Monitor compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain compliance documentation, reports, and audit evidence
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure adherence to controls
