What you'll do

  • Technical SPOC & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary technical SPOC for all LOS-related activities between Annapurna Finance, Newgen and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
  • Engage with Newgen product, implementation, and support teams for configuration, customization, issue resolution, and enhancements
  • Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
