About the role

To support day-to-day operational activities by ensuring timely processing of transactions, accurate documentation, data management, record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams while adhering to organizational policies and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform day-to-day back-office operational activities, including data entry, documentation, transaction processing, and record maintenance
• Verify and process operational documents, applications, and requests in accordance with defined processes and organizational guidelines
• Maintain accurate and updated records, MIS, trackers, and operational databases
• Coordinate with branches, internal departments, and other stakeholders to resolve operational queries and ensure timely completion of activities
• Monitor pending cases, exceptions, and process-related issues and follow up for timely resolution
