About the role

To provide system hardware support to the assigned departments respectively as per requirement. Setup computer systems and appliances at Head Offices.

What you'll do

  • Provide system hardware support to the assigned departments respectively as per requirement
  • Ensure proper procurement of systems and other appliances as per requirements received from departments
  • Provide remote/on-call support for repair or troubleshooting requirements as per the need of respective departments at Head Office
  • Ensure network related support for all the Head Office departments as and when required
