OEM Relationship Manager - Equipment Finance (Healthcare & Industrial)| Bangalore

About the role

This role is responsible for driving growth through collaborative planning, joint initiatives, and consistent communication. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills, industry insight, and the ability to forge lasting partnerships with OEM partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM partners, serving as the primary contact for all communications and negotiations.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM partners, serving as the primary contact for all communications and negotiations
• Lead co-marketing, co-development, and go-to-market initiatives to drive mutual growth
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements
• Monitor partner performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement
