Office Administrative Assistant

About the role

The Office Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain office organization, and assist various teams with scheduling, documentation, and communications. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless time management for executives and team members
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Organize and maintain files, documents, and office records, both physical and digital
• Support for Teams: Assist various teams with data entry, documentation, and minor research tasks as needed
• Communication and Correspondence: Prepare and send emails, memos, and announcements, ensuring clear communication within the office
