What you'll do

• Run daily operational rhythm at our New Delhi HQ — meeting rooms, vendor coordination, visitor handling, and the small logistics that keep a 60-person studio unblocked
• Manage the calendar and travel logistics for senior strategists and engagement leads across multiple client engagements running in parallel
• Handle NDA-grade document flow — counterparty agreements, engagement letters
• Use: Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, Slack / internal chat-ops, Notion / shared workspace for engagement-status boards, Airtable for vendor and onboarding tracking
