Office & Operations Manager

About the role

This is the person who makes things happen behind the scenes: when a bill goes missing, a visa needs filing or a bank process stalls, you work out who to call and see it through. Bookkeeping admin is part of the job, and you don't need an accounting background. We'll train you on our tools. What matters most is sound judgement, clear and professional communication, and taking full ownership of a task from start to finish.

What you'll do

• Run banking processes from start to finish, such as opening or closing a corporate account: find the right contact, prepare every document and set up the meetings
• Prepare and file visa applications for the team, check every detail and keep backup options open until approval comes through
• Book travel and manage travel expenses
• Handle procurement: find suppliers, get quotes, place orders and follow up until delivery
• Act as the main contact for the office building, vendors and service providers
