About the role

The Office Boy is responsible for providing support to office staff and maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day operations in the workplace.Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. Keep the office clean and well-organized (tables, chairs, pantry, washrooms, etc.). Handle outdoor tasks like delivering documents, collecting couriers, or bank work.

What you'll do

• Responsible for providing support to office staff and maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day operations in the workplace.Serve tea, coffee
• Keep the office clean and well-organized (tables, chairs, pantry, washrooms, etc.)
• Handle outdoor tasks like delivering documents, collecting couriers, or bank work
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
• Maintain office supplies and inform the supervisor when stock is low
