Office Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, polished Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of experience supporting leaders, strong executive presence, and exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

What you'll do

• The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned executives, managing day-to-day communications, priorities, and requests with professionalism and confidentiality
• Manage complex calendars and meeting logistics, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and minimal scheduling conflicts
• Prepare, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and polish
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reports, and related logistics
