About the role

To oversee daily office activities, such as cleaning workspace, delivering letters and documents, etc. Procure and maintain office supplies, and ensure equipment are functioning properly.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily office activities, such as cleaning workspace, delivering letters and documents, etc
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians for office maintenance, repairs, and related services, ensuring clean and organized workspace
• Serving refreshments to employees, visitors, and other stakeholders
• Assist with organizing office events, activities, celebrations, and meetings
• Performing any other tasks as assigned by office management or authorities
