About the role

We are seeking a motivated admin resource to join our team on 3rd party roll(contractual). The person owns end-to-end accountability for the Mumbai Office. You might be a strong candidate if you have/are 0 - 02 years experience as Office/Pantry work Language proficiency in Hindi. Professional growth in a dynamic, rapidly expanding, high-social-impact industry

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees and visitors
• Ensure the pantry is clean, hygienic and well-maintained at all times
• Monitor pantry supplies, maintain stock levels and inform the Admin team about replenishment requirements
• Ensure crockery, utensils and pantry equipment are cleaned and maintained properly
• Assist with serving refreshments during meetings, conferences and employee gatherings
