About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Officer in the Payroll Operations department. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll compliance regulations and will work closely with our HR and finance teams to maintain efficient payroll operations.

What you'll do

• Process payroll accurately and within set timelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Calculate and manage deductions for PF, ESI, PT, and LWF, and ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal and financial information
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to implement payroll policies and procedures
• Generate and analyze payroll reports, providing insights to management
