  • Identify and develop new vendors for machine spares and consumables
  • Float inquiries, compare quotations, and negotiate with suppliers
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and obtain required approvals
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service orders
