About the role

To serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting the OPD, ensuring smooth registration, appointment coordination, billing support, and a courteous, patient-friendly experience in compliance with National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards.

What you'll do

• Patient Registration & Appointment Management
• Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage OPD appointments
• Guide patients regarding doctor availability and waiting time
• Patient Reception & Assistance

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Patient care
• Front office
• Hospital information system
• Infection control
• Documentation
• Any graduate
