About the role

To drive cattle feed sales, distributor management, farmer engagement, and business development across the assigned territory in Punjab. The role is responsible for achieving volume targets, market expansion, customer retention, and ensuring profitable growth of the cattle feed business.

What you'll do

• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Increase cattle feed market share in the assigned territory
• Identify and appoint new distributors/dealers
• Develop and maintain relationships with veterinarians, dairy farmers, and channel partners
