Officer / Sr. Officer /Assistant Manager, Store

About the role

The Store Officer will manage day-to-day stores and warehouse activities, including material receipt, inspection coordination, storage, preservation, issuance, inventory control, SAP transactions, stock reconciliation, production support and MIS reporting. The role requires strong process discipline, accurate system transactions, safe material handling and effective cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• 2.1 Material Receipt and Storage
• Ensure proper receipt of incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery documents and required supporting documentation
• Verify material quantity, identification, condition, material number and packing before acceptance and storage
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement and user departments for inspection, clearance and discrepancy resolution
• Ensure correct binning, tagging, location control, traceability and preservation of materials

What you need

• B.Com or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or Diploma
