Offline Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Offline Regional Sales Manager who can implement the organizations strategy for building a customer loved brand in the Offline Channel. A good understanding of the channel, experience operating in the channel and demonstrated success is a must. Client is looking for someone who can develop forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability.

What you'll do

• Has established a relationship with the Retail Industry and has established the retail and distribution network for a Sportswear Footwear Brand
• Has built an outstanding reputation in the Sportswear Footwear industry by virtue of product, customer and network understanding
• Has used data on primary sales and secondary sales and used it to effectively manage P&L
• Manage a team of focused Sales Folks to drive the revenue numbers month on month
• Able to create KRAs and develop audit mechanisms and processes so that the team can achieve the goals
