PTP Helpdesk SpecialistJob SummaryThe PTP Helpdesk Specialist will be responsible for handling vendor and internal stakeholder queries related to Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for AP queries, managing helpdesk tickets, resolving invoice and payment-related issues within defined SLAs, and coordinating with AP, Procurement, Finance, and Treasury teams.
