What you'll do
- Verify and validate candidate documents required for onboarding and offer letter processing, including educational certificates, identity proofs, and address proofs
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- 2.2 Offer Letter Processing
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of offer letters to selected candidates
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure timely, accurate, and error-free generation and communication of offer letters
