We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Officer to join our Digital Banking Kotak 811-VKYC team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the Video Know Your Customer (VKYC) process, ensuring a smooth and secure onboarding journey. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our digital banking services and driving sales for the bank.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer onboarding processes
