Onboarding Senior Associate

About the role

As a Onboarding Associate within the Client Transfers team in commercial and investment banking, you lead end-to-end execution of complex client migration and transfer initiatives across Treasury Services products and solutions. You act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners by driving disciplined delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end client transfer and migration programs through implementation and stabilization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal partners across the program lifecycle
• Build trusted relationships with senior treasury, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders
• Design implementation strategies, project plans, governance structures, risk mitigation plans, and executive reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, sales, service, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and implementation teams
