A personalised technical support engineer for mass market customers & channel partners, providing pre & post sales technical support to a geographical region and its customers, partner FAE and Renesas Sales teams.
What you'll do
- Support customers on popular Catalog Embedded Products (MCU/MPU/Wireless)
- Support Partner FAE in distribution on enabling them win with REN products & solutions
- Solving technical issues raised by partner FAE bring to you
- Providing them with training materials / collaterals / demos etc they need to convince customers to use REN products or solutions
- Be their ‘go to’ advocate within REN to enable partner FAE to be successful
