Online Pharmacist

About the role

As an Online Sales Pharmacist, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, checking prescriptions, understanding medicine requirements, assisting customers with order placement and processing, and ensuring that enquiries are converted into successful orders. This is a customer-facing sales and pharmacy operations role.

What you'll do

• Prescription & Pharmacy Support
• Review and verify prescriptions as per company SOPs and applicable pharmacy requirements
• Clarify prescription-related requirements with customers when required
• Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team
• Ensure prescription-related information is handled accurately and confidentially

What you need
