Operational Performance Analytics At ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON’s global expertise. As a Data & Reporting Analyst Lead at ICON, you will lead the development and implementation of data analysis and reporting strategies to support business decision-making.

What you'll do

• Oversee scientific operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
• Driving the development and implementation of data reporting solutions that enable effective business decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reporting optimization and data insights across various departments
• Overseeing the collection, interpretation, and presentation of data to inform business strategies and operational decisions
• Providing strategic guidance on the integration of data analytics and reporting tools into existing workflows and systems
