Operations Analyst- FX Options Settlements & Investigations

About the role

The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of cash flows arising from FX Options and other derivative transactions. The role involves conducting comprehensive pre-settlement checks, affirming cash flows with counterparties, investigating and resolving settlement-related issues, and ensuring adherence to operational controls and market standards.

What you'll do

• Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of cash flows arising from FX Options and other derivative transactions
• Ensuring regulatory requirement, Group standards and compliance are always adhered to and Best Practice Guidelines are followed
• Perform pre-settlement validation of FX Option and derivative transactions
• Verify trade economics including notional, currency, premium date, settlement instructions, and counterparty details
• Identify, investigate, and escalate booking discrepancies and settlement issues
