Operations Analyst

About the role

Review flagged transactions and withdrawals, applying appropriate risk and compliance controls with the accuracy and judgment required for regulated financial products.

What you'll do

• Perform daily reconciliations between internal ledgers, banking partners, and card processors, investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks promptly
• Manage daily bank and cash reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution
• Handle trade accounting, trade settlements, and investment transaction reconciliations
• Identify operational issues, coordinate timely resolution, and escalate unresolved or critical matters to the relevant stakeholders
• Monitor daily operational queues and ensure transactions and exceptions are processed within defined SLAs

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• MS Office
• PowerPoint
• SQL
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
