About the role

To ensure seamless hospital operations by overseeing OPD, IPD, patient services, admissions, billing, and administrative coordination while maintaining high standards of patient care, efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

• Patient Care & Experience Promote patient-centric culture with empathy and responsiveness
• Address patient grievances and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement improvement initiatives
• OPD & IPD Operations Management Oversee smooth functioning of OPD and IPD services
• Monitor patient flow to reduce waiting time and improve service efficiency
