About the role

To plan and deliver Scouts & Guides training programmes for school children, focusing on discipline, leadership, teamwork, life skills, physical fitness and responsible citizenship.

What you'll do

  • Conduct regular Scouts & Guides training sessions for school students
  • Deliver age-appropriate activities covering discipline, leadership, teamwork, basic scouting skills, drills, games and life skills
  • Support formation and strengthening of Scouts & Guides clubs/teams in schools
  • Prepare students for relevant Scouts & Guides levels, assessments, investiture ceremonies and camps
  • Organise practical activities, drills, outdoor learning, camps and special events
