Operations Associate - Procurement

About the role

Are you sharp, resourceful, and good with people? As a Procurement Associate, you will buy, book, and arrange what our teams need to do great work. You will manage vendors, run our travel desk, and support events across the world. You will work with many teams and many countries. You need strong English and good negotiation skills.

What you'll do

• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Manage daily procurement, from purchase requests to purchase orders and order tracking
• Find vendors and compare their quotations
• Check vendors for price, quality, reliability, service, and delivery time
• Build strong vendor relationships
