About the role

Operations Associate - US at Bhanzu. Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers
  • Identify customers’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers
