Operations Coordinator / Pilot Coordinator

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with operational discipline and a technology-oriented mindset. You will act as a central point of coordination between pilots, internal teams, and clients, ensuring that missions are planned, executed, and closed smoothly.

What you'll do

• Coordinate drone missions and pilot schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for pilots during mission planning and execution
• Monitor operations, identify potential issues early, and proactively resolve them
• Apply analytical thinking to anticipate operational needs and optimize workflows
• Identify opportunities to use technology, AI, or automation to streamline coordination processes
