About the role

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Service Engineer -A Network Service Engineer ensures the availability, performance, and stability of enterprise network services through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and change implementation across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Security,DDI , SASE

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DDI, Load Balancing
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and service health
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities
• Support Major Incident Management (MIM) and engage vendors/TAC teams for critical issues
• Execute approved changes, validate implementations, and perform post-change verification

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• CCNP
• Routing and switching
• SOP writing
• Root cause analysis
• Documentation
• Cloud security
• Any graduate
